My Mom took me out to lunch for my birthday. (I will take birthday lunches and presents for as long as anyone wants to give) We went to the Cheesecake Factory. I ordered the best Mexican salad I have ever had...again. I actually didn't remember it was my favorite until my sister, Chrissee reminded me. It was delicious...again. I brought home (to share with my fabulous children) a Chocolate Raspberry Truffle Cheesecake. I shared alright, 1 forkful, I ate the rest. I am such a great Mom.
