Michael has a looth tooth

Michael lost his first tooth today while eating dinner. He was so excited! When the Tooth Fairy arrived to make the purchase she (or is it a he?) noticed she only had a 20$. SoOo..whats a fairy to do? No worries, she just "borrowed" a 2$ bill from another child..hoping that child didn't notice it was missing. Everyone "ewwed" and "awwed" when Michael revealed his profit because he was really lucky to get a 2$ bill.
